Flavours are imported directly from Manufacturers in United States of America.
Propylene Glycol are sourced locally, Vegetable Glycerin are imported from Asia.

Shelf Life of flavours  and PG / VG ?

Flavours usually retain itself up to approx 12 months and weather can affect.
PG & VG has a ballpark of 12 - 24 months shelf life, weather can affect too.
Liquids should be kept shade, cool and dry place.

Allergy Information ?
Some concentrates may contain traces of tree nut or soy.
Please visit manufacturers’ website for the specific flavour’s allergy and ingredients information.

Flammable and Toxic ?
Many flavours are awesome, delicious but the ingredients often are flammable and may be toxic.
Juice and Vapour stock the latest versions with non-flammable and toxic-free ingredients.
Shipping are cheaper, Import are easier, Customers are healthier.

How often Juice and Vapour re-stock ?
Juice and Vapour re-orders with Manufacturers and Distributors every month for freshness.

Request a Flavour ?
Yes, only with Capella Flavors, Flavor West and The Flavor Apprentice.

Invoice and Payment ?
For your ease of use and peace of mind, Juice and Vapour use PayPal for all payments (including major Credit Cards).
For custom orders and some other circumstances, Juice and Vapour also use PayPal for Invoicing.

How Green is Juice and Vapour ?
90% of Plastics are recyclable, re-usable, Glass counterparts also are available at a very competitive pricing.
Recently, labels have been reduced to minimum. All mailing boxes are recyclable and re-usable too.
Products (eg PG/VG Steel Barrel Drums) used by Juice and Vapour are re-purposed and/or recycled locally.
All Products are stored in a minimal space, cool and low energy use.

Signs of rough handling can tamper evidence and risk of rejection by Australia Post / Couriers.
Juice and Vapour always pack carefully and with amble protection in each order.

As your order is shipped out, Juice and Vapour offer support in the first 30 days only.

Hey, my parcel/satchel’s tracking number is not updating.
Do not worry, your order is definitely on its way.
Juice and Vapour sometimes use Australia Post’s Kerbside Red Box, tracking details are often delayed or scanned at the last leg of delivery.
As part of key services with Couriers, tracking numbers are absolutely a priority and updated regular.

If you have not received after estimated delivery date given by Australia Post / Couriers,
please kindly wait a extra day or two before send us a request as we’d be happy to follow up for you.

According to Australia Post and most Couriers, approximately 2% have been delivered later than estimated.

Hey, my order arrived damaged/obliterated..
Darn it..
Please do not panic because here are the steps we can do.

If delivered by Australia Post
1. Take Photos, including Satchel/Parcel.
2. Go to Australia Post Branch and lodge a re-imbursement request.
3. Lodge a Support Request with Juice and Vapour, share
    the photos and Australia Post Case/Reference Number

Note of Australia Post Reimbursement
Australia Post will provide you a form to fill in and you can request:

Australia Post to reimbursement to Juice and Vapour directly.
(We require confirmation in email/letter from them, your replacement will be shipped next business day)
Australia Post to reimbursement to you directly
(You need re-order and pay again)

If delivered by Couriers
1. Take Photos, including Satchel/Parcel.
2. Lodge a Support Request with Juice and Vapour, share the photos.

Juice and Vapour will offer solutions with options.
